Too many roos

I have 4 roos and 3 hens. The roos actually get along but I am worried about the stress on the hens. They were raised together from day old chicks. I don't have a good resource to rehome the roos and of course I am attached to them.

Normally i'd like to have at least 6 hens for just one rooster. Having more then one rooster can cause many problems in your flock like over-mating. If one rooster sees another mounting a hen he will hop right on the hen after the other roo would finish. This would make your hens lose all the feathers on their necks, backs, and wings.. I would try and re-home three of the roosters by either going to a near by auction or try putting an ad up on craigslist...
