Hi chicken experts,
I am relatively new at raising chickens and I have a lot of roosters. 3 full size ones, 1 bantam that has no hens to mount and is super sweet and is the smallest chicken I have (golden sebright cross.) I also have 5 15 week old cockerels, 1 langshan, 1 cochin, and 3 Anconas. I’m trying to sell 2 Anconas and the langshan. Also, I have 20 15 week old pullets and 20 full size hens. Do I have too many Roos, and if so how can I sell them NOT FOR MEAT!!

General recommendations are 1 rooster to 10-15 hens for fertility reasons. Too many roosters stress the hens out.

There are more roosters than there are homes for them. If you are lucky you can sell a few that will go to a flock. It's unlikely you can find homes for all of them as there's always more roosters.
