My little gold Sebright hatched out seven silver chicks. What an awesome mother, by the way. But we don't need four more roo's. I don't realy want to cull them and toss them. Has anyone eaten them. Does anyone in my area want them?

Post them on Craigslist for free. I give my extra roosters to the same guy every year (I have silkies). He lets them free range on his farm. I don't think Sebrights would have enough meat on them to be worth the time & trouble of butchering.

was told by a man he tried to eat a sebright roo, even pressure cooked it, said it tasted like @#$% gave it to his dog, dog even passed on it
