I have another chicken (silver laced) I got from my local feed store as a pullet in April and I am thinking it might be a roo.

That is what I was thinking. I have learned so much in the last week. We have had several that we thought we’re hens and turned out to be a roo. And one that we thought was a roo but is a hen

My babies hatched 4/25 and are 16.5 wks, so 'in April' you should have eggs or crows as proof soon. I am forcing myself to stay away from them and not obsess over eggs!! (My first colored eggers!) But I an sure they're pullets!
