Too soon to panic?

These are supposed to be 3 female cuckoo marans. They are about 2 weeks old and 2 have combs coming in. Did I get duped, or is it too soon to tell?

I wouldn't panic yet. Unless you have one of each it's really tough to tell that young.

It’s hard to tell at such a young age I wouldn’t worry yet but it is strange that one looks like it doesn’t have anything there.

Oh my goodness the one you hatched is SO precious!!! I'm thinking the two you're worried about are pullets, their coloring looks quite a bit darker away from the feather duster!

Thanks! She does have my heart, lol. And I have 7 chicks shipping from MPC today. And a dozen eggs coming soon, too. I have to do better than a 10% hatch rate this time!
I have to stop there, though, or I will have to redesign my coop & run setup! I have all of my supplies (I think/hope), since I picked up the roofing yesterday.

I ordered 15 of the intense egg color set. The chicks are GLW, BB, SF, white marans, blue favaucana, cuckoo blue bar, and a breeder's pick from rare marans.
