And I pick them up tomorrow. I am anxious and excited. I wonder if I did everything right and will we like the finished 'product' (though I HATE calling it like that). I've only had a fresh farm raised chicken once. It was my neighbors "payment" to me for my help in HER processing day. Few differences though...her birds were pastured and older, mine were penned and younger. Her chicken tasted great, wet and flavorful. I hope mine will be the same. We plan to have one for dinner tomorrow, so I will be sure to let you all know how I did!
