That's old country, the new stuff isn't. Most all by Luke Bryan and Cole Swindell is upbeat, Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean, also Dierks Bentley. These are feel good songs that are popular I like.Country is fine. Most of it is about breaking up with someone, drinking, and how sad their life is though.
I will say my opinion has changed in the past few years. I listen to country more frequently now and don't mind it for the most part, though it's still not first genre of choice.That's old country, the new stuff isn't.
