Top Bar Hive and Coop combo

I am looking into building a new coop to house our growing chicken population, and thought about the possibility of incorporating a top bar hive into its roof. The coop would not be tall enough for a person to walk into, so the roof won't be up too terribly high. Thoughts from beekeeper/chickenkeeper folks who use a top bar hive? Will the bees be too close to the chickens for anyone's good? Will daily chores with the chickens interfere/upset the bees?

Well, I don't raise bees, but I do raise chickens. They think bees are tasty.

That would definitely cause problems with locating vents for the coop. Hmmm... guess it probably won't work.
