top beak showing down hook

my youngest batch of pullets beak are shwing a hook on top beak the are not pecking on each other but should i trim a little or leave alone . the summer the they are outside and wear them down alittle but now winter they stay coop up more . what do you think?

You might consider something like Purina Flock Block. Keeps them busy and should help with the overgrowth.
