top off incubator

can i take the top off my incubator and put a fan on it with the egg turner on untill i get 41 eggs at 8 eggs a day?

No eggs will last longer than 10 days from laid to incubation, they start to lose their viability. By all means turn them in the bator, but I just put mine in egg cartons and turn the whole carton over once a day. Saves on electric!
