I've seen my share of blood streaked eggs, but this is different. I just collected an egg from one of my 3 year old hens that was so covered in blood, barely any shell color was showing through.
The egg wasn't larger than normal, in fact it may have been a bit on the smaller side. I immediately checked everyone's bum. No blood.
Still normal? (even when it's not just a few streaks)
