Where do I find the state/ town ordinance guide for my state, NY?

I'm not sure if there is a guide, but your town/city will have bylaws that are probably available online in regard to zoning. If you contact someone at your city hall, or one of your city council members, they can tell you where to look or may even know the answers to your questions.
