Toxic or not?

I am seeing this plant listed as both toxic for hens and non toxic everywhere. Your thoughts?

If still in question ill resort to lavender which I know is okay to plant in our backyard.

As long as you are not planting it in or next to the run the chickens will leave it alone if it is poisonous. They may sample it, but they are unlikely get sick or come back and get enough to harm them. In a run the boredom can make them eat more then they should.

Perfect, thanks! I'm hoping to plant them in a planter along a fence but not in or near the coop.
