I know what the tracks are but I figured this would be a fun exercise for some of you experienced trackers. These are all pics from last week during the Polar Vortex/SNOVID Texas experienced.

All the pictures don’t have tracks but I thought you’d appreciate them nonetheless.

Deer, bunnies, birds,
but what is dragging it's belly, muskrat, mink?
Definitely white-tailed deer, cotton tails, and so many birds I just itch thinking about all the mites and lice I have to spray the chickens for when it warms up enough that I don't think getting them intentionally wet is cruel...lol

I haven't seen a muskrat or nutria in ages. But they are very cute. So are beavers. Interestingly the animals tracks/slides in question do make use of abandoned beaver lodges. Thankfully I don't think I need to worry about mink. And don't any of you dare Google to prove me wrong. lol That's all I need to have in the barn after last week's losses due to the weather.
Do you have otters in Texas?
We do have otters in Texas. I believe I'm just at the southern tip of their range in Texas if I read the tiny map correctly.

Is that your final answer?
