Tractor/Run Designs for Meat Production?

I've been combing through plans for a run/tractor for our crop of meat birds we just got. They are about 3 days old currently and we plan on building a tractor/run this weekend for when they are feathered out and ready to go outside. We thought about a PVC style coop as our yard is pretty secure (minus a stray cat here and there), however it seems we could go with a wood coop for around the same price. The plus I'm seeing to the PVC is it's lightweight and if we don't glue it, would could take it apart and put it away while it's not in use. Any suggestions? Materials lists are SUPER appreciated!
