Are you referring to the Canton market?
I know that 1st monday trade days in Canton has an animal section. I also know that the Jewett flea market has animals. There are several flea markets in Texas. What area are you in?

I'm not familiar with any flea markets in that area but maybe @Kiki Knows of some.
