Tragopan Pen size towards Silvers

Avianweb.com says that temmnick tragopans pen size should be 400sq feet towards a silver 100 to 200 sq feet.

Does anyone know the reason trags need more room than silvers.

I thought it would be the other way around.

I would think it would be due to the trags be a more aerial species and a much rarer one that does much better in a larger heavily landscaped pen set as natural as possible. Silvers can about be stacked on top of one another, trags are just much more sensitive thus a larger pen is much more accommodating to them and will result in better sucess for captive breeding.
