Training?

Hi. I want to try training some chickens. What are the best breeds to train? And when should I start training them?

Oh, a few simple tricks like 'come' and 'peck the colored squares. It also needs to be still when I say and keep calm during fair. I am looking for a breed that is not very flighty, but nimble enough to do tricks. It would also need to be a smart kind of bird.
