Transferring eggs from duck to incubator

I have a Muscovy sitting on duck eggs and 2 chicken eggs. I realize the chicken eggs will hatch earlier, so I have the week set on my calendar to check for them. However, I will not be home the weekend I am expecting the Muscovy eggs to hatch. Should I move the duck eggs to an incubator and, if so, when? Is it best to just move all the eggs to an incubator? Our Muscovy’s have hatched other eggs in the past, but they also ended up ‘smooshing’ two chicks before I could get to them. I just want to prevent that from happening again. TIA
