Treat Block for Chicks

I recently got a chick block for the new baby chicks, and they really went after it. I only leave it in with them a couple hours a day, or they will gorge themselves! I got to thinking surely there is a recipe out there that one of you might have where I could make my own 'chick treat block'. They are way too expensive at the store! It sure keeps them busy and gives them something to do. Appreciate any feedback/recipes!

into the search section at the top of the page, you'll find lots of threads on how to make them yourself. You should be able to pick up some good ideas that you can adapt to suit your chicks.

I would think about using chick starter as the basis so they still get their normal vitamens and minerals, but something else to keep them busy
