treated pullets for cocci, do i need to throw out the eggs?

hi.

I had a mild out break of cocci in my chicks who came in contact with of my 2 pullets so I treated the pullets with a mild dosage of sodium sulfamethazine. The pullets have yet to lay for me but if they do anytime soon will the eggs be good to eat?
