I haven't been on here in a while, I guess thats good if it means I've had a pretty healthy flock.
I have had one chicken though that has had a sour crop a few times over the past 2 months.

Wondering how much this issue might be attributed to the lack of natural grit during the winter months?
I keep a bowl of hen grit in their coop but it seems like they don't use it much. I am giving them kitchen scraps a lot.
Any insight?
