Ok so this is my problem. I have a lice issue, its bad but not horrible. Was cleaning a butcher bird and noticed the mites on the carcass. I have purchased Martins 1qt Permethrin 13.3% solution. How would I apply this to my birds? I'm very new and learning as I go.

Welcome to BYC! I use the 0.5% on mine, some people use the 0.1%.

Generally-i mix 1 1/2 cup of the permethrin with 2 gallons of water. DIP my birds, then pour mix into sprayer and spray inside/outside/upside (everything) in/on coop. Then I spray run. I spray til sprayer is empty. Around exterior of house. Dog bedding/kennel. When I mix a batch, I have to MAKE SURE CATS ARE INSIDE and that they STAY INSIDE til everything's dry.
I also use permethrin powder (poultry dust) in all my nest boxes
