Treats for 6 Week Old Chicks?

Just a Tip......By all means do as you please....

Chickens do better if only fed age appropriate feed....Treats at 5%....That is a Tablespoon per Bird......Lots of the common illnesses can be prevented with proper nutrition......I only give treats once or twice a week.....

I was taught to feed Birds this way and have never encountered one of the common illnesses posted so often on BYC.....
Example...Sour Crop, Impacted Crop, Egg bound etc.........Yogurt is not for Chickens.....They can not process Dairy.....Bread is also bad...Can cause Crop issues.....

Anyways......

Cheers!

What are some treats that would be safe for them? I've tried giving them bananas and peas but they just run to one side of the pen away from them

Any suggestion?
I am going to try freezing corn in water in a silicone donut pan. It looks like fun. My chicks are the same age but mine are very picky. They love love kale, grasshoppers, water melon and salad (I mix plain yogurt in the salad) they seem to love but they aren't impressed with anything else. Hopefully their taste buds will mature with age lol.
