Treats

Gave my 3 week old chicks some rolled oats tonight and they went nuts! Ate them right out of my hand. When should I start giving them some grit? Also what about other treats. Yogurt okay?? I plan on moving them out to my coop this weekend with a heat lamp as well.

Give them grit any time you give them wything but starter. My chicks always have access to grit (even if they are treat free), so they can do the self serve thing if they feel they need it.
