I made Dulce de Membrillo with some of the quince I got. It's a fruit paste that's served with cheese in Spain. It's lovely to look at. Also, quince makes a really nice jelly

Thanks for the input I will try the paste! The tree is so beautiful right now with the leaves falling and the golden fruits. I hate to waste them.
