trembling chick..

My chicks are 3 weeks old now.

There is one who i just noticed recently is really shakey.

Walking around with her legs splayed.. seeming very dizzy or something. falling over now and then..

I've taken her out from the rest and in doing so inspected her vent which seemed possibly pasted over.. Is that still a problem at 3 weeks old?
I removed what was there and put her in the "get well" box.

The potential pasting problem didn't seem that serious but perhaps that's all it was.

Any ideas what else might be wrong?

My chick is about 3 days old and she had the shakes too.. And I have no idea what is wrong with her
