I have a new "layer" to my flock. she's just over 6 months.
She goes into the nesting box, about 2 minutes later she's singing the egg-song and celebrating with friends. when I go to check for eggs, there's not a single egg except one [fake] egg. She's now layed about 6 fake eggs this week.
Anyone know why?
is this something to worry about or is she just a perpetual liar?
