Trouble introducing new members to the group.

I have 2 chickens who are a little over a year old. They get along fine. The problem is that I have 2 teenagers who are about 2 months old that the older girls attack when ever I try to introduce them. Any suggestions? The little girls are outgrowing their current spot and need to be moved to the coop soon. How do I do this without blood shed?

If possible prepare an area in the coop with the big girls that has a fenced barrier. This way the younger girls have their own space but they can all get used to being together without being picked on.

from California, you've been given some good advise. The chickens will still have to establish their pecking order but you should keep an eye on them to make sure it doesn't get too ugly. Good luck to you.
