Trouble, Look at my Bantams Wings!!!

When I rec'd this baby...its wings were like this, I thought he had been pecked by bigger chickens...then I thought maybe his feathers hadnt grown in....

Has anyone seen anything like this??? HELP....

The feathers look like they are either pin feather that couldnt come in and open...or broken feathers at the what I call nail bed...am I making sense?

some of my bantams wings were like that. but the fluff and the other feathers that suppost to be there finally grew in

Did they!!!! All this is on his wings like where it arches which I would call the shoulders if he were human...on down the sides, on both sides...we did check the flock...when we got them at 5 days old...they were clean...they are now 22wks old...this bantam had lice...we found out...now all our flock does.

yesterday we dusted coop/run...around the perimeter...shavings, nest box, and then played catch the chicken and dust them...oh what fun...lol So do you think its possible its from lice??? He was born march 18,09 so he should have his full wings.
