It's a really pretty bird for sure! You say it's a Whiting True Blue? I have 3 of those. I have a white speckled, a gray and a black. How old is it?

It was hatched March 15. I also have a black and a white speckled lol. The white one has virtually no comb and the black one has a bigger and redder comb.

At 2 months old and that pale comb, I'd think it's a hen.

Before a female chicken is ready to lay eggs, her comb is pale. When she's mature her comb turns red and is a signal to males she's ready to breed.
