Trying to add an avatar picture

I've tried adding an avatar picture and just adding pics in general is not working. Any tips?

Hi

You may just need a few more posts before you can add your avatar. The more you post the more features become available to you. I believe these to be anti spam measures, once you are recognised as a genuine member I'm sure you will be good to go
