trying to break her out!

12 week old female Terrier mix. Hit by car and brought to pound. She has two fractured front legs. Right now they are just splinted and she's on pain meds. I want to just bring her home. She's not available till tomorrow. They have a pound vet in tomorrow who *maybe* will recommend xrays. I'm suppose to call back. I hope he'll take my call. I'm hoping they are simple fractures that can heal with splints. I have a family VET friend who would most likely help me out pro-bono. If they are compound and things are shattered that would require surgery, pins and stuff, then I can't bring her home.

Sadly, we can't afford the surgery. Cross your fingers she'll just need splints.
