Trying to figure out if I have Roos

Good afternoon, I'm new to having chickens. I have 4 Rhode Island red/New Hampshire red cross that I got from my local feed store. When I got them they told me that crossing the two breeds is the same as sex link and said we were guaranteed to have hens. They are 7 weeks old now and I am wondering if these re the beginning of hackle feathers on two of them? Would love to hear any thoughts.
