Trying to find a pdf or presentataion that someone did

I saw out here a few weeks ago a long 15 - 30 page presentation that someone did and supplied to city concil. I want to say it was in Orgegon but I honestly don't recall.

Can someone point it out. It has statistics, cubic feet fo waste compared to dogs, noise issues and more.

Said it could be used for anyone to modify to their liking. Looking to get more info to see I can help get chickens around our community.

This document is so full of great information. I've spent hours looking at it and it's given us a good starting point on our quest to change our ordinance.
