TSC Bantam Cochins: Hen or Roo?

These are about 16 weeks old. Started with 6 straight run chicks- one died,gave one away, one turned out to be a full size Silver Laced Wyandotte, one is a black Cochin hen, and then I have these two. Can ya'll tell? They are bigger than the black hen, but she seems super small. I'm leaning towards both of them being hens, but I don't know.
