Tube feeding

I have a young chicken that developed a respiratory issue. She has been on antibiotics for 3 days and I have been tube feeding her 2x a day. She is now walking around and nibbling her food. Much improved. How do I know when to stop tube feeding her? She is beginning to fight me a bit which is a good sign in comparison. Thank you.
