I'm sorry about your Turkey. Is vet care an option?
This is above her vent right? Is she able to poop?

@casportpony
yes, directly above her vent. she can poop but she’s not very interested in food probably due to pain. the poor girl had backed herself into a corner so the chickens couldn’t reach her to peck her. i’m worried if i take her to an emergency vet their immediate response will to recommend putting her down. of course if she’s suffering so much i will but i want to make sure i exhaust all other options. i love my girl!!

I don't know a lot about Turkeys, but I would keep her separated out and relatively warm and quiet. Not sure what your temperatures are like, but if it's really cold, then provide her with a sheltered area.
Vetericyn is good to use, so I would spray the wound, can you tell how deep that is, is the skin just sort of hanging making it look worse?

Do leave food for her, but I would encourage her to drink. If you have electrolytes those would be good to give.

Hopefully those that know more about Turkeys will chime in. Wound care is pretty much the same for all birds.

i appreciate the input! her wound is about one inch deep. it looks extremely painful for her. my chickens have never bullied her before, this is completely new. i’m trying to keep the area as clean as possible to prevent infection. she’s in her own space with water, regular feed and her favorite snack strawberries to encourage her to eat and drink. thank you so much for your help!!
