Turkey Call?

I have some one month old White Hollands in the brooder and one of them continuously chirps out this 4 syllable call.
I don't know if they are girls or boys yet but its only one that does it, I am guessing maybe it wants out? I don't know.
Its driving me absolutely mad because it hasn't stopped all day, it use to be off and on but now

Don't get me wrong they are very cute and everything but what does this turkey want?!

if doing it constantly it's not happy. to cold, to hot, hungry, to full, to many poults close to it, not enough poults close to it. It's just being a turkey.

Thanks Steve, its weird that its the only one doing it. They have plenty of room in the brooder and I clean it every day, plenty of food and water.
Its a glass brooder and he/she walks back and forth in front of the glass like it would like to be out, I take them out and let them run around whenever I can but it still makes that noise.
I noticed that this one moves constantly, always walking around checking things out, maybe its bored, but the others act fine.
I guess we'll see.
