turkey chick sprawled leg

My nephews found a nest of turkey eggs while weedeating the fence line. We popped them into the incubator and two of the eight have hatched. One is perfectly fine...the other has a leg that sprawls out in front of him. If I pick him up I can bring the leg into place and it doesn't bother him. Held in that position he will relax and eat and drink. But the moment you aren't holding the leg it shoots out in front of him again. I am hoping there is some clever way I can bring the leg into place and hold it there and maybe that will help him grow right. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas about this?
