Turkey chick swollen eyes no slit? HELP!!!

Hello…. Looking for some suggestions. I have a turkey chick that has both eyes swollen/bulging and it seems like the slits are not opening all the way. One of the eyes it looks like the slit did not open at all. I have tried warm compresses to no avail. It is eating and drinking I think since he’s still alive. He has movements like he is blind. I am not sure if this is a lost cause, something that sometimes happens, or can be helped. No watering, does not seem infected, no mucus or crust.

Well… I guess I could call a vet. I don’t know of a farm animal vet, but I’m sure I could call around. Trying here first.
