I just built a new coop and run for a handfull of poults. The coop will hopefully be their feeding station and roost area. For now the babies will be kept in a brooder in the coop. Will cut a door to allow free access to the run later. Question is how big an opening should suffice for eventually mature turkeys?

I dont know if its correct but mine are either 14x16 or 14x18. Thats just mine though. Hope it helps ya some.

Appreciate you sharing your experience. Think I will go with the larger dimension to encourage more rapid growth:lol:.
