Turkey egg bound

I have a female turkey she is around 7 months old. She has been tring lay an egg i have been putting her in the tub warm water and absent salt 20 mins For last 2 days. . She will stand in a penguin position. She will drop to ground after taking few steps. She will sat down and pant and close her eyes. Even looks like she tring to strain/ pushing. I even tried check with latex glove. I couldn’t feel the egg. I don’t know what to do please help!!!!!!
