Turkey Egg has pipped.....now what?

Hello everyone,
Well out of all the eggs we set only the turkey egg made it! (out of 12 chicken eggs only 3 were fertile plus the were shipped).
So now we have a turkey egg that has pipped. I'm not willing to let this little guy/girl stay stuck in that egg. So it has been 5 hours since it pipped. How long till ya think I should help. (I know there are a bunch of you saying no no don't help. I have helped chicks before that have grown up good and healthy.)

It can take awhile so I would honestly leave it to nature for now
