Looking for info on hatching turkey egg. I know it takes 28 days, wondering about temp and humidity.
I have a forced air incubator with auto turner, I set temp at 99.5 and humidity at 56% today is April 19 day one.
I have a hen setting eggs but they are due to hatch soon so I do not want to put under her she would abandon it after the majority of her eggs hatch. I am going to make an effort to hatch it to see what type turkey it is, the egg is white in color.
Not sure how old egg is or if it is even fertile so when should I candle it to see if it is forming a embryo.
