Turkey eggs from a turkey nest

I have ten eggs from a turkey nest. Hen dead. Don't know how long she had ben setting so I wont know when to stop turning or lower temp.if that needs to be. Eggs were only out of the nest less than an hour and covered with sheet to incubator. I have electronic Temp.gun the eggs are 96 deg. an 97 deg and 100.5 -102 at top of egg with thermometer one human one may not be correct. I would be thinking you for any help. I am around a good bit so I could maybe turn 1/4 or 1/8 turn at shorter times if it would help.
