My poult is 4 weeks old I tried everything but his one eye is just closed not pasted shut just closed. I triedTerramycin eye ointment , tried flushing it out . Wondering if he could be blind in that one eye and that is why he keeps it shut? the eye has been like that since I got him/her. eating drinking no other problemsJust saw your post. Trying to answer all unanswered posts on the turkey thread.
How is the eye today? Do you have a saline solution that you can clean/wash any debris from her eye?
Foam is an indication that there is some type of possible respiratory infection/problem. Does she have any other symptoms?
You can give Tylan if she has a respiratory problem. Is she still eating and drinking? Do you have any yogurt and apple cider vinegar there with you? How much does she weigh.

Thanks, I stopped put anything in the last week because there was no change, so I will do that every 3 days and see what happens. If it don't get better could it be blind and that is why he has it closed? When applying med/flushing were you able to see the eye? Shrunken/discolored? I'd guess injury, unless the lids are fused (sometimes result of problems during incubation). If there is no redness, discharge or swelling, I'd flush every three days, or so.
I know that when our first bunch of jakes would get an eye pecked, while sparring, time from injury to recovery (eye lids working normally) could take as long as a month.
