Turkey Hatching Eggs

I have a pair of Bourbon Red Turkeys. The hen made a nest last year in the fall and hatched out 10 chicks but due to the winter and her hatching them so late and a few other factors they didn't make it. She has recently started laying again some in the coop some outside in random places. How long will she lay before she creates a nest like she did the first time. Should I just collect and incubate. If so tips and temps on incubation would be welcomed.

Turkey tend to hatch large clutches as most won't make it unless you get involved. You have to pen her for a few weeks so she doesn't go wandering off with the poults.

Personally I found it easier to just collect eggs and hatch them myself. That way they also imprint on me and are more friendly. I put mine under broody bantam hens so I'm no help using an incubator.
