Turkey hatching weird + Blood

The chick has been hatching for 3 days now. The initial pip had blood. So I let it be, but today I found it like this. When I look in the bottom of the shell there is blood. How do I go about helping this chick

3 days is a pretty long time to still be hatching. I don't have much experience with turkeys so I'll tag some users. Best of luck with this little one!

The first two Turkey chicks hatched just fine, this one is just having some problems. My first time with Turkeys as well
