Turkey injured by Tom mounting

I think my turkey was injured by the Tom trying to mount her last night. She has a large gash under each wing. It seems to just be the layer of skin pulled down but it is a lot of skin.

I have washed her wound with peroxide and water, used vetricyn spray, given her water with antibiotics, and brought her inside to stay in a covered kennel.

What else do I do?

Bubbles on the wound are from the peroxide.

Kept it clean, use a more mild cleanser as peroxide can damage newly forming skin. Clorhexidine or betadine (both need diluting). Clean 2x daily, pat dry and the apply plain (no pain relief) 3x antibiotic ointment. The key is to keep the wound moist so it will heal. Also, trim any feathers that in the way of cleaning/healing. You don't want the feathers sticking to the wounds as the try to heal. Once you begin to see the scab forming you won't need the daily cleaning, just the 2x daily ointment.

Is she eating/drinking normally?

If you can put it back in place with the 3x ointment it may adhere back to the underlying skin, but probably not. If it doesn't, it will eventually dry up and fall off. But it is worth a try. If it doesn't adhere and doesn't fall off on its own, you can cut it off after it is completely dead.

If the wounds are out in the open where the others can see them, I would keep her separate. Here, I am assuming the same behavior as a chicken. I don't have turkeys, so it is just an assumption that they will go after the wound like chickens would.

The other thing I would do if it were one of my chickens is keep her separate, but among the flock (wire cage where she cannot be pecked at, but still remains a part of the flock). Again, basing this on chicken behavior.
